Jjang Posted July 4, 2022 Author Posted July 4, 2022 Just now, Blue Monday said: Lana being on this list is a slay I mean technically Adele is #5 cause she already has 100m with 4 albums but I only included MPGs with at least 5 albums releases. Just to be clear

That’s really the point of this list, to show off those with not just a huge peak, but longevity as well.
StarsAllAligned Posted July 4, 2022 Posted July 4, 2022 Britney being top 5 is no surprise, only the princess of pop
Lover Posted July 4, 2022 Posted July 4, 2022 janet and rihanna being above gaga is all i needed to know. the top5 is full of actual legends.
dirrtydiana Posted July 4, 2022 Posted July 4, 2022 Yes I was told britney wasn’t in the top 5 anymore. 1. Madonna - 143,300,000 2. Celine Dion - 139,600,000 3. Whitney Houston - 138,900,000 4. Madonna 02. Celine Dion 03. Mariah Carey 04. Babra Streisand 05. Whitney Houston
PrudenceHCharmed Posted July 4, 2022 Posted July 4, 2022 Beyoncé slaying while staying with R&B/urban music globally is not easy.
BnPac Posted July 4, 2022 Posted July 4, 2022 That person just underestimates B's sales still great for 6 RnB albums.
SweetTalker Posted July 4, 2022 Posted July 4, 2022 I’m actually surprised Rihanna’s and Beyonce’s totals are almost the same. Rihanna was always seen as a singles artist, and Beyoncé as being miles ahead of Rih as an album artist

If she ever decides to come back, she’ll pass Barbra over time. 4 hours ago, BnPac said: That person just underestimates B's sales still great for 6 RnB albums. MJD is a Beyonce stan, sis. He included her free Korean single downloads (see: Halo) and fake TIDAL streams. Nothing about Beyoncé’s stats are underestimated.
Aram Posted July 4, 2022 Posted July 4, 2022 Lana being here is a slay. She is always underestimated when it comes to sales.
Madonno Posted July 7, 2022 Posted July 7, 2022 Amazing list. Where are those who said Madonna is bigger than Whitney just because she released more albums? Uh?
