Danger Posted July 2, 2022 Posted July 2, 2022 Idk. I hate when I’m on a packed train surrounded by people not wearing a mask. I still wear one all the time.
moonlitdick Posted July 2, 2022 Posted July 2, 2022 I think a lot of people have just accepted it as the new normal. I myself am fully vaxxed & still wear my mask in public, class & at work.
dussel_06 Posted July 2, 2022 Posted July 2, 2022 Yeah, I got it two weeks ago and my symptoms are not bad. Just one night fever and cough. I wouldn’t really mind getting it if not for the quarantine protocols and sh*t.

It’s only after she tested and then we realized and then I tested and here we are. So True. Another co-worker also tested positive and we hadn’t had a case since Christmas. Lost my sense of taste but I already stanned BTS so its not like my taste was that good anyway
Buffy Posted July 2, 2022 Posted July 2, 2022 I think the vaccines are effective. Not as many deaths as the beginning… or so it seems. I haven’t been checking statistics anymore.
PopMusicJunkie Posted July 2, 2022 Posted July 2, 2022 I dunno, but I'm double vaccinated plus boosted. I still wear a mask when going to grocery stores, movies, at work, etc.
Jagger Posted July 2, 2022 Posted July 2, 2022 Because it's time to live our lives. It's never going away, the vaccines don't work, and the government is doing nothing to help. Just accept it's a part of life and move on
Hurem Posted July 2, 2022 Posted July 2, 2022 People were doing bare minimum even when we had literal restrictions from the government, what makes you think people will suddenly care now that all restrictions are lifted?

Breathe On Moi Posted July 3, 2022 Author Posted July 3, 2022 Wishing a lot of you the best of luck keep not wearing your masks keep acting as if it’s oppressive to do so really hope when you do catch it (not if) that you make it out ok.

yeezytaughtme Posted July 3, 2022 Posted July 3, 2022 Because everything is reopening again, people got burned out of isolating.
Devin Posted July 3, 2022 Posted July 3, 2022 I’m a healthcare worker so I still wear a mask. But mfs really moving like they invincible.

I surely dont want to catch covid again but nowadays i just put my mask on and dont worry too much. Im working with public right now and am interacting with many people with flu like symptoms these past weeks, it sucks but it is what it is.
Aethereal Posted July 3, 2022 Posted July 3, 2022 I have noticed the greater it re-peaks the greater it rests after. In US COVID-19 infections broke over +1 million cases.
Price of Fame Posted July 3, 2022 Posted July 3, 2022 I still haven't caught it and I only wear a mask half the time I'm out now
Black Sunflower Posted July 4, 2022 Posted July 4, 2022 (edited) Living in Japan it feels like a different planet. I saw videos of pride concerts, glastonbury, coachella and it looked so fun. Here you cant scream or shout at shows and have to wear a mask everywhere and cannot take it off still. I dont know if it will ever go away here and i'm jealous of the west. I want to leave lol Even the big music festival this month is mask required and its outside in the heat. And you cant shout. even though halsey, jack white etc bands from the US and UK etc are coming. Japan is too extra. Edited July 4, 2022 by Black Sunflower
Mr.Link Posted July 4, 2022 Posted July 4, 2022 Because they didn’t lose someone to it. HIV has existed for literal decades and people still have unprotected sex with strangers (quite often). Make that make sense (Hint: it doesn’t have any).

I was fine after a week. If you're healthy you'll be fine, if you're not then stay masked I guess. At this point what else is there left to do? It's not going away and most people are gonna catch it anyway. Life moves on
Robert Posted July 4, 2022 Posted July 4, 2022 Covid fatigue and the vaccine means that most people will fine.
