Agnostic would be more accurate, but… I’m not sure I believe all of this. Simply saying that he doesn’t attend hillsong isn’t throwing a church under the bus.

It sounds like he still believes in God, so he's not atheist or agnostic, probably one of those 'I'm spiritual but not religious' types.

I think he tried the religious image cause peak popularity gives these celebs big d energy super positive aura to say stupid stuff. But then flopped and went back to earth.

all his answers sound like a mess :celestial5:

I think the hatred he gets is Uncall for tbh. There has never been any evidence that suggest that he is anti-lgbtq or that he is a religious nut job and a trump supporter. He probably isn’t the smartest guy in the world and he doesn’t think before he says stuff online or in interviews but I have yet too see any real evidence that he is a man with a horrible character or ill intentions towards anyone. Maybe he just a moderate or a bit more conservative than what ppl in atrl are use too among the super hero actors but that doesn’t justify the online hate he gets.

Maybe he's one of those people who identify as being spiritual but not religious? His answer is confusing though.

I have no stake in Chris Pratt's life and career, but I really don't understand this stance. The word healthy is one of the MOST used words to describe children. He wrote the standard thing about his child without really thinking it through. It was insensitive in its lack of forethought, but to act like he did it maliciously against his ex and his son is pretty ridiculous imo.

Not even agnostic. He says he believes in God, therefore he's not atheist or agnostic, he simply isn't affiliated to any organized religion based on what he said.

I agree. I'm not really a fan of him as an actor but the hate train for him was so unwarranted. Twitter just seems like a really toxic place tbh. :doc:

So he's still religious but he's just distinguishing it from the alt-right white evangelical image of religion which has basically become the representation of American theism. He's still not outright saying it or condemning it though because he knows he has benefitted from that audience. Essentially playing all sides, which was the problem to begin with.

The answers are all over the place, he ain't fooling anyone

I still get very bad vibes from him more as a man than a religious person. How do you cut it quits with Anna Faris one month and get married the next?

Justin Hartley vibes.
