I don't get it. What does that have to do with the abortion situation? :skull: Did I miss something?

Literally everyone already forgot about the Depp situation :rip:

Not everyone treated it like a reality show nor made it our entire personality, some of us were aware that this trial & its outcome would reflect the future of womens rights & DV victims rights. To refer to it as a 'divorce trial' is ignorant, Billie was not right about that at all. :coffee2:

the effort :bibliahh:

OT:

she's right

Wait, I thought she was comparing Roe Vs Wade with the Depp trial :rip: Ignore my post, please :dies:

It makes sense now, okay.

I'm guessing this is a thing she said a few days ago?

She's not very fluent with words, thats also why her brother wrote most of her songs.

Also not her dismissing a domestic violence victim like that :rip: no wonder she was friends with that xxx abuser

not those tweets having 15 likes lmaoo. but she has a good point tho (although she could've worded it better).

Millions upon millions across the globe watched that defamation trial. Even though it was a very serious case, there was definitely some entertainment. Johnny Depp, in particular, displayed charm and wit on and off the stand. His witnesses were also spectacular. I get the feeling that if the shoe was on the other foot, Billie wouldn’t be making such statements. It’s time for a serious change when it comes down to male domestic violence victims. It has got to stop being written off, and taken very seriously.

She was right and she should say it :clap3:

it makes sense why she doesn't care when you look at the people she idolizes :toofunny3:

You fave Olivia Whodrigo is dating a guy that abused Madison Beer, so know your place.

She probably didn't follow the trial much or cared about it to know the facts. As she should, good for her, I'm jealous

How does she makes everything about herself first and foremost :psyduck:

"Cause A is relevant/important to ME so everything else is unimportant"

Absolutely nobody should look up to Nicki Minaj, Chris Brown and XXXTentacion megastan Billie Eilish for political takes or anything else that involves critical thinking, but such is the effect of marketing and lowered standards :psyduck:.

The divorce case was discussed on social media globally from all nationals because its a case of really famous global person. While the the current American issue of abortion is local business for American people, how much bad I feel about it and how women rights is taken away from them in USA, but you cannot expect the entire social media to talk about it globally and make everything about it viral. You need Americans to move and do something, not go on social blaming the viral stuff.

She's so dumb, I'm trying really hard not to use a slur :biblio:

Putting aside the fact that they divorced in 2016 and this wasn't a divorce trial and the fact that people can care about more than one issue at once, this trial was so much more than some petty celeb drama and so much bigger than anything she or her brother usually cry about. The implications that this trial and the verdict had on women and DV victims are horrendous. We legit had Johnny's lawyers and the whole internet parrot the most vile arguments ever, like "Why did she say she loved him if he abused her?" or " "Why doesn't she have a video of him beating her up if he abused her?". Every single thing Amber did right was used against her and you have to be brain dead to think women who speak out won't be impacted by this. She wouldn't be saying this bullshit if she was in Amber's shoes so try to use your brain before you speak the next time dummy :biblio:

Quoting this just so I remember to mute, but you‘d have to be legitimately depraved to think that rotting curmudgeon could ever be charming. :deadbanana4:

amber and depp are trash anyway

It's terribly worded but she's literally right. Obviously a lot of people watched the trial for legitimate reasons, but the public at large watched it for entertainment and that's f*cked up and it should be called out more.

I don’t blame her. She’s on a SOLD OWT tour, she doesn’t have time to check up on Depp v. Heard.
