Hephaestus Posted June 20, 2022 Posted June 20, 2022 I'm excited, but let's be real, that statement is so stupid. Of course it's clear where the story is heading to him, he's the one pulling the strings of the whole thing
Distantconstellation Posted June 20, 2022 Posted June 20, 2022 What about Xmen?! By the time they finally release Xmen movies all the hype will be over.

Vitaly Posted June 20, 2022 Posted June 20, 2022 Ugh, hopefully it will be BETTER. Phase 4 is cute but not giving what they supposed to give after such a high note on Phase 3 ending

I do think they're leaning towards introducing Storm sooner than later, and I'm sure we'll see Hugh Jackman again to be honest. But outside of that, I also think a dedicated X-Men is years away.

Pfftt....we have enough Marvel movies and TV series before we even take the X-Men and other former Fox properties into account. I don't think people are prepared for the huge amount of content that's coming in the next 20 years. The future: Fantastic Four: First trilogy with Dr. Doom, another trilogy with Galactus. They'll also feature Spider-Man, Silver Surfer, Namor and Kang the Conqueror. X-Men: First movie will probs be titled 'Mutants'. An origins movie of sorts. Marvel will use this as the perfect opportunity to show off a more LGBT and racially-diverse team including Iceman, Storm, Jubilee, Spike and Sunspot. A trilogy for Ghost Rider framed as a Western with a sequel exploring the Realm of Hell that contains Mephistopheles and Black Heart. He'll also be featured in a Midnight Sons / Suns team-up movie with Blade (Mahershala Ali) and Werewolf / Jake Russell (Gael Garcia Bernal). Either a reboot or two more sequels for the New Mutants with Anya Taylor-Joy with appearances from her brother, Colossus. Anya's an A-list actress and not using her and not making 2-3 movie would be a wasted opportunity. There's already solo movies such for World War Hulk, Storm, Daredevil and Wolverine in development. There'll probably turn the Wolverine and Daredevil solo movies into trilogies. They'll Elektra at some point and even give her a solo movie like Black Widow. She'll be a back-up Black Widow in case Florence gets tired. A Storm solo movie was rumoured to be in development in 2021. Reddit sources say that MS want Storm to be re-defined and have the huge cultural impact for black females that Black Panther had for black males. Storm is the Beyonce of the MCU. Arcadius Posted June 20, 2022 Posted June 20, 2022 (edited) I thought F4 was in Phase 4 as well? Or maybe it will just kick off Phase 5. Edit: Oop nvm. Edited June 20, 2022 by Arcadius

The rumours for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is that Namor and Storm are being introduced in this movie. Namor is apparently the villain of the 2nd movie, annoyed that the Wakandians are fracking in the ocean, causing earthquakes in Atlantis, which is apparently themed after a Mayan city. I reckon that Storm is a post-credits scene character similar to Charlize in DS2. Namor is probs an anti-hero of sorts and they have a huge clash. They'll treat Atlantis in the same way as Wakanda, show off the amazing architecture and culture and do a lot of world-building. Namor ends up becoming a good guy and he joins the Avengers and they'll give him a trilogy.

chris1991 Posted June 21, 2022 Posted June 21, 2022 Marvel is in their Mid Era! They need the the directors who directed Civil war to work in these films permanently

Blood Magic Posted June 21, 2022 Posted June 21, 2022 Some of the fanfiction in here. We don't know what's gonna be the end of Phase 4. Yes, it could be Fantastic Four, but nothing confirmed yet. I fear the first movie centered on Mutants (whatever they decide to call it) won't be until after Secret Wars the next Avengers, so like 2026. It's okay though, we're gonna get so much content in the meantime.

Cutthroat Posted June 21, 2022 Posted June 21, 2022 One thing I'd absolutely love, which will sadly probably never happen would be for them to bring some of the characters from Agents of Shield into the MCU as Daisy / Quake is one of the best characters they have and Chloe Bennet deserves her time to shine on the big screen.
