It‘s a bop. I love it more and more with each listen. I just don‘t understand whats going on with the single cover. When there is clearly one

It took 7 men to create a song that sounds like a 2009 J Lo Demo. Beyonce's version of feminism is exhausting.

It's an ok song, I can see it being played on the radio in Europe this summer. Not sure why this song was chosen as a lead, surely there's better ones on the album.

Jesus , a man can't produce a song to someone without it being "Anti-feminist"

Touch some grass. Like seriously even fake grass would do. Just a tiny brush on your palms.

I don't like it. It's what I would typically expect from Bey but when I heard it would be dance music I was more intrigued. Unfortunately it lacks any kind of hook or memorable melody. Its very monotone and goes nowhere. This may have worked better as an album track which is how I feel about most of her songs for over a decade now. If shes worked with writer camps in the past, why don't they give her hits? Is it because they rather give their songs with potential to the IT girl of the moment? This isn't shade, I just don't get it.

I just heard this and it sounds so much better.

All. Of. This.

It’s a cute bop and I’m happy that Popyoncé is back *BUT* I wish it was produced by someone else, like an actual DJ. The production is so repetitive and monotonous. Imagine if SG Lewis produced this instead, for instance. Tricky Stewart and The-Dream should’ve been left in 2009…

The production technically isn’t bad or anything, but I’ll never understand what’s the point of releasing a song predominately built on a straight-forward sample that isn’t better (or at least very different) to the sampled original backtrack. At least make it interesting, add some flavor, otherwise why would I listen to this instead of the original song. Used to Know Me by Charli really isn’t any better than this for the exact same reason, but at least her melody is a bit more catchy and less monotone.

lowkey tea but both are harmless bops

the album will surely have better tracks

It’s not bad, but it’s way too repetitive. It really didn’t need to be almost 5 minutes long. That mashup posted using Sour Candy instrumental gives it much more character

WaiT, not this unfinished CRASH leftover. Didn't expect it to be this basic tbh?

It's a bop but this is BEYONCÉ we're speaking of. Can't wait for the album to get the real gems :alexz:

Odd choice for a lead single, but it bops. I'm positively shocked!

I really like it

I just wish they added a little umph to the chorus.

I agree that it could've been one minute shorter.

Should have been more talks about it. The song is a looped sample 4.37 minutes long. The dream never has been an interesting producer

I think the production is great, it sounds nothing like a demo. Is clearly finished.

The problem are the uninspired lyrics and some of the vocal delivery. She should have toned down her vocals for this kind of song until the explosive end.
