Nazareth Posted June 21, 2022 Posted June 21, 2022 (edited) Great lead single, but I just know there’s other songs on the album that will be better. 4 mins is way too long for a single in 2022 and it does drag a little, but the song has a lot of replay value and the video will definitely drive the song. Europe will definitely eat this up, and I can see the song will performing well in the charts especially the UK and France. A top 10 peak in the US will be decent. Edited June 21, 2022 by Mercurio
Soda Pop Queen Posted June 21, 2022 Posted June 21, 2022 Nice, simple four on the floor that everyone can groove to, inspirational lyrics, her glorious voice, the big freedia ad libs. Come on through queen with the expert summer dancefloor filler!
BNF91 Posted June 21, 2022 Posted June 21, 2022 I think we will have some nice seamless transitions on the album. I'm looking forward to hearing the ways Bey has experimented with dance/house Kaytranada's BUBBA worked amazingly well with the seamless transitions.

This will do amazing in the US, just because its dance doesn't mean it doesn't have appeal in the US. Its a classic house track.
Blade Runner Posted June 21, 2022 Posted June 21, 2022 THAT ******* SPACE IS SO FUNNY. AHHSHSJS I'm screaming.

Beyonnaise Posted June 21, 2022 Posted June 21, 2022 One thing sis brought to the studio that day was OOMPH, mm yes, those grunty vocals are giving sex I just wish the melody was a little more dynamic
Blade Runner Posted June 21, 2022 Posted June 21, 2022 Are y'all listening to that Space on Twitter about the song? Lmfaooo. https://twitter.com/i/spaces/1djGXPozbYoGZ

The layers, Big Freedia, the rap, I mean hello, this iis literally EVERYTHING Once u get used that this is the NEW BEY, it's LEGENDARIC

Protocol Posted June 21, 2022 Posted June 21, 2022 I will say... The artwork is really crap Especially considering the album is called RENAISSANCE and we got THAT photoshoot Like, the laziness
