Maybe she was really unhappy with the music video and decided to change it up or edit more last minute? Or to incorporate additional scenes? More production time for the mv team might give us a better product ??

I can't see her releasing a song without an airtight video ready to go. So either there isn't a standalone visual or they're waiting for something.

Its possible it was set to be released last weekend and the Roe vs Wade ruling made them postpone it.

did she even send it to Pop?

Yes! Today.

The fact that she was having massive updates with unofficial adds and now she was added to 333 more stations across all platforms!! It’s about to give Irreplaceable domination!!

Do adds means they auto spin more for a certain amount of time into the rotation?

I thought the 335 station adds was a cumulative number. No. That’s the number of adds THIS week. :deadbanana2:

Week 1: Single Release / Organic Interest (well done)

Week 2: Spreads on Radio

Week 3: Video?

With radio on onboard, streaming should pick up in the coming weeks.

WOW. With Radio that on board… streaming is bound to pick up.

Are there at least rumors of when the video is coming or SOMETHING!? I’ve never been so thirsty for a video to a song. :WAP:

They mean radio station has added to its normal playlist, but how many times a day to play it depends on each station at the end.

It's because most of those "unofficial adds" appear "official" today since the list is reported each Monday-Tuesday. For example, perhaps a station didn't have the chance/pay attention on time to add it on last Tuesday (release day), but they went on board and started playing it often and basically as part of its playlist since Wednesday, well that "add" will officialy be reported on the next Tuesday (today). Doesn't necessarily mean they all agreed to start spin it more today, because they didn't yesterday.

Yep holy crap this is MASSIVE! :WAP:

guys, just imagine for one second that just maybe Bey and the team are finally giving us everything we want this era. What if it’s intentional to get everyone wondering where the video is so then when it drops and it’s something legendary it will be like an explosion. After so many eras and making her brand synonymous with elite videos, they’ve actually created incredible anticipation for the video to the point where the launch doesn’t  even feel complete without it. That’s not true for any other artist.

Every reaction video I’ve watched has been like “I can’t wait for the video”

maybe they know what they’re doing :clownny:

heard this in the straight club last weekend so so good

Outta all her songs & 20+ year (solo) career I've never rooted (or connected) to a song this hard from her! Lol.

Fact she took a RISK w/ a genre (early 90s Euro dance) that's actually been NOT used/abused ('80s synth or anything '80s etc..) major props to her. Verry pleasantly surprised at *US horror show Handmaid's tale embracing this! The sound/vibe of the song couldn't be more polar opposite of 'where' those backwards dolts are lol

This will be the biggest radio record of the year.

Is this payola or organic?

I’ve not seen radio support her like this… ever? Certainly not pop radio…

I can’t believe it :jonny5:

She’s already at #4 on the UK radio charts as well… what on earth.

I'm not sure how UK radio works, but it's possible they always supported her more. I remember "Best Thing I Never Had" (barf) was a big hit there whereas it was only a middling performer in the US.

In the US it's really giving Katy sending birthday cakes level of payola and this wouldn't be the first diva comeback single to get a big start and fall flat ("Give Me All Your Luvin" comes to mind) but we can hope and pray.

“Best Thing I Never Had” performed well because of her interview with Piers Morgan, of the UK, to discuss the “Year of 4.” That was the current single at the time. She also performed the song while in the UK
