I won't jump to conclusions, but I'm cautiously optimistic for the future of this record. This is where the short window between the single release and the album is extremely smart.

The way all of the "no solo Top 10 since Formation" and "no solo hit since the Obama administration" people have disappeared off the face of the earth as this new tracking week progresses is interesting.

If I'm not mistaken, I'm assuming this is the tracking week that just began on Friday for the US.

Radio is off to an extremely strong start (before the Mon/Tues impact dates), streams are steady, and a video could drop at any time.

I'm sure some of Drake's records deflating quickly is also helpful.

I would love top 5. It was quite stable on AM and itunes today. The lyric video views have been on a steady decline but good for what they are. Radio is on it. Currently top 5 on Shazam when Drakes song is #2. Alot of people are pushing for it apparently. 

 

We will see. I'm happy with a solo top 10 though.

radio updates are great but still too low to be much of a factor…top 5 seems like a stretch but would be super impressive.
