Her band Chairlift was her most mainstream moment and that was in like 2008. 2 minutes ago, ChapelHooker said: Chairlift was a pretty big name in indie music before Caroline went solo and Patrick co-produced No Angel, just saying Fair, I don't have a big frame of reference for Chairlift. From what I do know though I will say I think she's at least on the same level of mainstream in her solo career now as Chairlift was if not fully surpassing it yet, she's booking bigger venues and getting higher placements on Festivals at least.
Mr. Blue_Shirt Posted July 21, 2022 Posted July 21, 2022 These tracklist + the credits make me excited even more like wtf
Lady Claire Posted July 21, 2022 Posted July 21, 2022 (edited) Bloodpop in 2 songs And Drake is credited on Heated probably bc it's this song. He's not a feature Edited July 21, 2022 by Lady Claire

And if move is giving “move *****, get out the way” vibes, I will go insane. I feel like Church Girl is going to be one of the “country” leaning bops. It’s definitely one I have a keen eye on.

ShouldersSideways Posted July 21, 2022 Posted July 21, 2022 This is probably where the James Brown credit in Church Girl comes from.
popstyle Posted July 21, 2022 Posted July 21, 2022 (edited) Samples possibly James brown - Church Girl Teena Marie - Cuff It Donna Summer - Summer Renaissance Eric Snead - Pure/Honey Feautures possibly Jay z - Alien Superstar Tems - Move Drake - Heated from the credits.. Jagger Posted July 21, 2022 Posted July 21, 2022 America Has a Problem.......yeah it's rich people and their private jets but why do I doubt the song will be about her and her flock? Oh she's a Virgo!!! The worst zodiac sign by a long shot Track list seems full of corny songs ? Alien Superstar actually slays though. Perched for that one

Trainwreck Posted July 21, 2022 Posted July 21, 2022 (edited) Plastic off the sofa will be the album's "Partition", mark my words and save this post for later Edited July 21, 2022 by Trainwreck
Bey'Knight Posted July 21, 2022 Posted July 21, 2022 Honey makes for such a beautiful song title. Love to see it, literally. Nicki: Do we have a problem? Bey: America has a problem I’m also leaning favourably towards Virgo’s groove and Heated. I mean how can you go wrong with a song that has the word heated repeated?

ATRL and it’s mental health crisis in full display of misogynistic gays OT: these samples look ******* AMAZING. What was up with that Ryan Tedder leak though, he is nowhere to be found (I think?)

Like I said: mental health crisis.
