That's that summer, that's them Hummers
That's that, "Girl, give me your number"
That's that Jordy, that's that scholar, that I just got out of college
That's that "I don't do this usually," "I don't know what you do to me"
That "I don't do this usually," "I don't know what you do to me"

LORD. The way she absolutely snapped on THIQUE at this point is legendary :WAP: Endless ass shaking

I love that part, but the part that comes after it slays even more. Beyonce serves DC/DIL-era vocal dynamics all of a sudden and I LIVE

Can't get over how excellent this album is. As someone that has stanned and followed her from DC4 days, the growth is unreal like... I never would've imagined she'd make an album like this :jonnycat:

Truly one of the best albums of all time. :wanda:

100% agree. Everyone’s talking about Plastic Off the Sofa, but Virgo’s Groove is the best song vocally imo.

I think they couldn’t even try to touch Virgos Groove so everyone latched onto Plastic. lol

The album should hit 400M on Spotify in the next 2/3 days. :clap3:

I kinda got into Pure/Honey and Thique today, so this is officially 16/16 for me. I can't believe how hard she SNAPPED LORDDDD :jonny5: :jonny4: I never expected this from her tbh, Beyonce and Lemonade(this way more) were kinda meh to me, at least they didn't have this replay value that GODNAISSANCE has :jonny5:

This is the best pop album in IDK even how long. :biblionny: Yes the quality of her projects had been improving already for a long time, but this really is the immersive full-length, no-skip SLAY I always knew she had inside all along. :falcon: Sooooo much to get lost in between the production and vocals. The lyrics are so fun too.

The visuals look sickening (as per) and I can't wait for everything else to come.

MTE, POTS is amazing vocally, but it’s a little more doable as far as singing along/covering it goes. Still pretty difficult, but Virgo’s Groove is so very specific to Bey’s style which was always hard to match. The album in general is her hardest to sing along to (learning the lyrics doesn’t come as easy as her other albums either) but this right here is just :jonny5:

I don't think she's referencing herself, these are mostly just the same hairstyle. she has a zillion videos at this point so of course some will have similar looks

Idk

There was something interesting about that future housewife reference and the glitches between multiple scenes of her walking into the room in the teaser.

It is also interesting that they got similar face shots of 20 different outfits.

I think she is about to take her Lemonade message, “The past and future merge to meet us here” to the next level.

The way she snuck “Ivy” with all those other brands in Heated like we wouldn’t notice :fan:

Queen of self promotion. Like the Dereon jeans line in Single Ladies.

tbf bey has some of the most unique visuals in the female pop industry, the difference between hold up, irreplaceable, single ladies, baby boy and xo is diverse!

The Bday visuals are my favorite. That visual album is so criminally underrated. It wasn’t coined a visual album even though it really was.

From Upgrade U to Freakum Dress to Green Light to Kitty Kat to Flaws and All the visuals were top tier. And to think it was shot in a week and alot  with green screen.

I am still struggling to listen to anything else for too long before coming back to this

I feel the same way, I've had this album on repeat and nothing else since the day of release.

the transition between Plastic off the Sofa and Virgo’s Groove and it’s impact needs to be studied

Would y’all say this is Beyoncé’s most replayable album? My music tastes have definitely changed to more indie over the years. I’ll listen to my Discover Weekly then come back to RENAISSANCE and I’ll stay with the album. Maybe it has something do with most of her delivery being a lot less abrasive and chill for a lot of these songs ( sans when she’s goes all in with the vocals). Or maybe the INSANE production, especially with good headphones? You find something new with every listen. It really works for a lot of different situations and moods. I also love that a lot of the album has darker tones. What is it???? It’s streaming candy!

I'm in awe with this album. I've played it over 400 times and it's still so fresh and good. She's a musical genius. The way you discover something new with every new listen is mindblowing!

I love how diverse her discography is. I couldn't choose a favorite album. They're all better than each other in a different way. LEMONADE, RENAISSANCE, BEYONCÉ, 4 are all 10/10
