Renaissance has a hold on me like no other album has in recent memory. I can't pull myself away from it, even if I wanted to.

Every video reaction has "I'm that Girl" slapping people silly. Its truly one of the most important songs in her discog...

 

Its not falling in charts because people are "skipping it", its simply not a stand alone song that most people are going to stream in isolation. No chorus, no bridge and extremely intense and experimental... its just falling into its natural place it would sit if it wasn't track 1. Whereas the songs with single potential have people going back play it solo, because that's how they're intended. Perfect album opener. Sitting right next to Pray about Catch Me which is still her hest imo

Im That Girl is the perfect introduction to the album and Summer Renaissance is truly the perfect closer. They both did what needed to be done
