If it was an album track it wouldn't of caught any traction. And im a defender of those who took offense because there's legit context and not just specific to the UK, but I also don't think she had to remove it. If Heat becomes a single maybe be will catch the same heat
Otter Posted July 30, 2022 Posted July 30, 2022 Radio should have been the Lady Gaga remix instead of videophone
Lovett Posted July 30, 2022 Posted July 30, 2022 The seven female albums that have reached #1 on Apple Music in 100+ countries are: Billie Eilish - Happier Than Ever Ariana Grande - Positions Ariana Grande - Thank U, Next Doja Cat - Planet Her Olivia Rodrigo - SOUR Adele - 30 Beyoncé - RENAISSANCE
Johnny Jacobs Posted July 30, 2022 Posted July 30, 2022 Not me being disappointed with only liking 4 song but now I'm bopping to 90% of the album Also does anyone else getting Fergalicious vibes from America Has a problem beat?

I'm still amazed (not shocked) by her accomplishments and remaining successful within each decade. Also, the way I like six out of seven of these albums

ALIEN SUPERSTAR is kinda going viral on social media so maybe that? CUFF IT would be the better radio single though (even though it’s more explicit) CHURCH GIRL sounds like a viral tik tok hit that takes over on its own so there’s a variety of choices… I do like how PURE/ HONEY is overtaking songs that come before it on the album on the charts

I'm happy to hear that the album has grown on you, as I do think this album is a grower for sure. And, I can see why you think that.. Fergalicuous samples "Supersonic" by JJ Fad which was an late 80's song and AHAP has a strong late 80's/early 90's R&B sound.

It was hard to find for a while.. I'm glad it's on Amazon now.
BGKC Posted July 30, 2022 Posted July 30, 2022 this is so accurate normally I’m able to memorize her lyrics in a snap, but there’s just so many kunty verses in Renaissance for me to gather. When I do memorize them I just know it will elevate the listening experience by so much. God forbid I even attempt to sing along to the vocal acrobatics showcased in Plastic, Virgos Groove or Summer Renaissance tho
Lovett Posted July 30, 2022 Posted July 30, 2022 I'm still shook that 25 years in she has the #1 album and 9/10 of the top songs on global Apple Music. Beyoncé is an absolute force to be reckoned with.
Lovett Posted July 30, 2022 Posted July 30, 2022 Global Apple Music #1. I’M THAT GIRL #2. BREAK MY SOUL #3. ALIEN SUPERSTAR #4. CUFF IT #5. COZY #6. CHURCH GIRL #7. ENERGY #8. PLASTIC OFF THE SOFA #9. VIRGO’S GROOVE #13. HEATED #14. THIQUE #15. MOVE #18. PURE/HONEY #20. SUMMER RENAISSANCE #21. ALL UP IN YOUR MIND #22. AMERICA HAS A PROBLEM

AMERICA HAS A PROBLEM Not the most controversial title flopping If I were a casual listener, I'd go straight to that song out of curiosity.

Kh-Loud Posted July 30, 2022 Posted July 30, 2022 I was listening to Renaissance and Ungodly hour back to back-and Seriously, If there’s any act that can handle the vocals of this album, it’s Halle and Chloe . One half of them will work not but of them will. We need a Chloe remix for Thique
Negi Posted July 30, 2022 Posted July 30, 2022 Thique sounds REALLY as if Beyoncé sat down with Chloé and told her « now girl listen and watch carefully, this is HOW WE DO IT »
