Alt Facts Posted July 28, 2022 Posted July 28, 2022 I’m still shook at her PC moment…Get Charli on the remix queen
SoJro101 Posted July 28, 2022 Posted July 28, 2022 Literally can’t wait to listen to this again - I’m trying to hold out for the visuals! So many highlights, if the visuals look anything like that booklet ITS ON!
Mrguilbeaux Posted July 28, 2022 Posted July 28, 2022 Im so happy that i love it. My favorite album of hers i think? Living for so much of it only a couple that don’t completely hit me…

It’s so bad on half of EiL the problem has never been her rap singing (which is clear since she does it so well here) but when she went fully rap on the cringe parts of EiL and the vocal production was not up to par it just felt so flat. She sounds clear, expensive and excellent throughout here whether she’s SINGING or holding back.

And that concept is centered around Ballroom. yeah, i've been thinking about how she could translate the album into a full 'movie' and the only logical thing i can think of is her introducing us to her own Ball, with different settings and moments, but all on the same universe/"night"
ATRL Moderator khalyan Posted July 28, 2022 ATRL Moderator Posted July 28, 2022 I keep going back to Pure Honey

Her tone here sounds more natural and brighter, it also boasts a more interesting vocal production. I bet she can incorporate further vocals during her live shows a la Why Don't You Love Me. For instance she reaches a Eb5 on BMS, however she's able to go up to several F5s/F#5 if she wants to.

We've heard Beyonce running and riffing like never before on this album and it's all I wanted. The other girls would CHOKE and CRACK trying to do these runs. Her runs on this album are soo creative, cleaver, well thought out and placed, smooth, faster and prettier than ever. It sounds like she’s not even trying to show off them vocals but simply just vibing with the music and the runs flow out so natural because it’s part of her musicality. I’m glad she pulling back on the beltings n growlings a little bit for this album. We love it for her but it has its place and time! Her runs on this albums are like chocolate fudge brownie, ben and Gerry, Ice cream to my ears

Ice Cream Skies Posted July 28, 2022 Posted July 28, 2022 I love Rapyoncé and experimental, expensive production, so I feel like she read a "What Ice Cream Skies Wants In a Beyoncé Album" list and made it to the ******* T. I just adore how raunchy, sexy, and wild this album is. She isn't worried about radio or the GP. There's no droopy, bland Sia or Ryan Tedder tracks. She went for the jugular from top to bottom. The last half kept lashing me from track to track.
Legacy Posted July 28, 2022 Posted July 28, 2022 I cant explain how Alien Superstar makes me feel I cant stop listening to it. It's so euphoric. I just love that chorus and Bey's voice. I think it's one of her best songs ever.

And like touching, I wanna cry Also 99.9999% sure there is a visual coming. Each song has its own page in the album booklet (I think) so I really think they are shoots from each video like ST It's crazy how the album is equally a serve and touching like all the best dance music. it's so beautiful
QueenBLadyG Posted July 28, 2022 Posted July 28, 2022 This has AOTY written all over it.... I hope she doesn't submit.
BlackJesus Posted July 28, 2022 Posted July 28, 2022 I had to stop listening. I don’t want to overplay it before the release
