kpop groups enter hiatus and release solo material all the time and it often isn't related to disbanding  especially male kpop groups in which the members have to go to the military, but the group comes back after.

nah, the older members gotta enlist soon, so with the enlistment and then back to training for new stuff I would say at least 2 years. My prediction is that as a full group they will come back in like 3 years. Hopefully their fandom matures till then, but that's probably only my wishful thinking
