Who is the “leader of the latino community” and who are these “relevant members” he speaks of?

He refers to them as Mexicans so they know who they are, although he could have chosen less specific wording. But people completely canceling him over racism is stupid. He messed up by not knowing they were actually offering him a catering service, but I don't see how he discriminates against Latinos?
