PopKills Posted June 10, 2022 Posted June 10, 2022 I could see Like a Prayer having a similar moment.
Niemira Posted June 10, 2022 Posted June 10, 2022 Frozen is epic, but I dont think Madonna needs one. She is pop icon so

RockStarShit101 Posted June 10, 2022 Posted June 10, 2022 she kinda did with frozen? i don't know if she pulled kate's numbers but she had a viral moment with that song.
MotoPapi Posted June 10, 2022 Posted June 10, 2022 Frozen and material girl going viral on tik tok did wonders for her streaming numbers it looks like she’s pushing the “Deeper & Deeper” remix which has potential especially during pride month
Mr. Blue_Shirt Posted June 10, 2022 Posted June 10, 2022 Her 80s discography would do wonder if any popular films and TV shows based on the 80s would use it
LadyDiana Posted June 10, 2022 Posted June 10, 2022 Her discography is all too well known for a momenT like thaT
TouchinFree Posted June 10, 2022 Posted June 10, 2022 (edited) She's already an icon tbh. And Frozen already had that great moment. But yes , she has all the potential. I've been listening to " La Isla bonita" lately . Such an incredible nostalgic song and i honestly think it's a moment waiting to happen for that song. Also been listening to "Issac" and "Forbidden love" but thats another story Edited June 10, 2022 by TouchinFree
Asparagus Spears Posted June 10, 2022 Posted June 10, 2022 It would be really cool to see Madonna have another number 1 that’s from a completely new album.
TheFameCurse Posted June 10, 2022 Posted June 10, 2022 With the right series and the right scene, absolutely.
Johnny Jacobs Posted June 10, 2022 Posted June 10, 2022 Definitely but this kind of moment happens like once a decade Good luck
illia Posted June 10, 2022 Posted June 10, 2022 Material Girl was used in Stranger Things S3 and it was kinda viral not Kate Bush’s level but still quite nice

That's hardly a bad thing for an 80's hit. After watching season 4 i can see why Running Up Tha Hill is doing these numbers. The song was used in multiple episodes, it literally starts the season and honestly? The best scene of this show featured this song like a music video. I got goosebumps all over. It was amazing. Perfect use of music for sure. Material Girl was as well but it was a light, fun scene...nothing like this one.
arceus Posted June 10, 2022 Posted June 10, 2022 Everyone already knows who Madonna is Meanwhile you can't say the same thing about Kate Bush
John Slayne Posted June 10, 2022 Posted June 10, 2022 she doesn't really need it. she has more monthly listeners than Kate despite Kate having the biggest song WW right now, so you really need to stop perpetuating this myth that Madonna is some forgotten fad on streaming
Avantpop Posted June 10, 2022 Posted June 10, 2022 we need Sorry to have a Running Up That Hill moment ikdrrrr
Katamari Posted June 11, 2022 Posted June 11, 2022 She’s the best selling female act of all time. That kind of boost she won’t be able to get anymore she can get cute little boosts over the years however if she keeps finding ways to integrate herself into the streaming era like she had for the digital era madame x was close but she didn’t fax gostoso

Madonna is far from being universally recognized like Michael Jackson, for example. 40% of Gen Z don’t know her. https://www.audacy.com/kdkaradio/news/national/one-third-gen-z-doesnt-know-who-the-beatles-new-survey-reveal#:~:text=The Beatles were actually the,the most after The Beatles.
