Infernal Paradise
That's what this ANTHEM deserves A timeless and universal, all-inclusive hymn that has become the biggest rallying cry for LGBTQ+ communities around the world and will outlast generations. Gaga truly left an indelible mark on culture with this one. What an incredible song and legacy. And that's on IMPACT.
cOe
I remember in July 2011 the gays BLASTED the BTW album and you could hear it on the street all the time. It was iconic. That was also incidentally the time when I realized I'm not straight
lestat111
she probably bought that list. because, in 2011 it was not that hard to make a "gay anthem", she just used gays. top 5 should be songs/atrists who made gay anthem before this queerbaiting, someone like dianna ross, cher, madonna.. Vitaly
She deserves because of the blatant "no matter gay straight or bi" lines alone. She did not sugar coat it. She normalizes the words, making it not or less tabooed, even though some radios are still censoring that part because of homophobia. harwee
I would put Dancing Queen (ABBA) and Fireworks (Katy) at 1 and 2, but i'm just being an ass. BTW has really made its mark the past decade

This is what differentiates it vs almost every other LGBT anthems. Such an important moment in pop music.
