mercurialworld Posted June 1, 2022 Posted June 1, 2022 So sad at how it's not surprising one bit for me
X~MoviePoP Posted June 1, 2022 Posted June 1, 2022 yall need to get rid of guns period and go get therapy, make friends, get a pet, binge watch a show, find a lover, ect. America is so weird
Danny789 Posted June 1, 2022 Posted June 1, 2022 It’s scary to think that even if we passed substantial gun laws today it will be a great while before this stuff stops happening. It’s why we can’t afford to wait any longer.
rihannabiggestfan Posted June 1, 2022 Posted June 1, 2022 At a hospital and the same day and city as the Tulsa massacre, wow
Tizley Posted June 1, 2022 Posted June 1, 2022 I was just in Tulsa yesterday afternoon. The people there are some of the sweetest I’ve met. My heart hurts for their city.
PoisonedIvy Posted June 1, 2022 Posted June 1, 2022 It’s getting scarier and scarier to go anywhere public. Schools, hospitals, malls — nothing is safe :/
PrettyHurts Posted June 1, 2022 Posted June 1, 2022 RIP. How can we even go in public anymore? I'm petrified
Vermillion Posted June 1, 2022 Author Posted June 1, 2022 Going by the definition of 'mass shooting' which is technically 3 deaths or more (but there's disagreement on that depending on what data service or organization you track), Tulsa had another one close to that just two days ago
Power love Posted June 1, 2022 Posted June 1, 2022 It’s scary how the media eats this up like it’s fun or some games

It’s why we can’t afford to wait any longer. I disagree. If we banned assault weapon sales now these incidents would more than likely come to a screeching halt. In almost every instance, a young male between the age of 18-30(?) goes out on an impulse and buys an assault weapon days or weeks before the actual shooting occurs. Thus, most of the guns used in these incidents are newly purchased, not ones that have already been in circulation for years. However, if we can't ban new assault weapon sales then we certainly need to up the purchasing age to at least 25 and strengthen background checks. By age 25, most males brains have matured enough to deter them from carrying out these horrific acts. Edited June 1, 2022 by BeenTheShit added
byzantium Posted June 1, 2022 Posted June 1, 2022 The US is literally a war zone and our politicians cannot agree on whether or not we should stop arming the enemy. I wish my state could just leave and join Canada .
ttsmu Posted June 1, 2022 Posted June 1, 2022 And some people has the nerve to say that the media is sensationalizing the shootings. This is sad.
Dialamba Posted June 1, 2022 Posted June 1, 2022 You can buy a gun at 18? But can’t drink until you’re 21
Baby Judas Posted June 1, 2022 Posted June 1, 2022 Every damn week.. You just have to guess which place it’s happening next. And no one is doing ****. What a joke of a country!
YellowRibbon Posted June 2, 2022 Posted June 2, 2022 Thoughts and prayers are about to start flooding social media, nothing will be done about it. I guess this is one of the downsides of living in a country founded by puritans.
