The reactions in this thread are the reason they have come up with something like this :ahh:

The opening line of their new single is "Demi leaves rehab again / when is this **** gonna end?" - It's exactly how y'all act every time something related to Demi and her addiction make the headlines.

They're making y'all look like a clown but what's new in this site :bibliahh:

The fact that Demi is LITERALLY mocking the same kind of people that comment in this thread but they didn't catch it is hilarious to me :rip:

I mean, what else are they supposed to do? It's not even a genius move.

In the end it is the only thing keeping them in the headlines besides froyo and identity politics.

Didn’t she… almost die? How is she using that as if people ‘canceled’ her over druguse

Where have you been in the past years when everyone and their mothers mocked them because of their addiction or going to rehab?

I would agree with you if she didn't make the headlines with every single move they do. So yeah, no. :heart2:

Latin text is supposed to mean nothing (that's why it's always the same latin words) :rip:  It's the English words what matters because they are a reference to new songs. They are playing with fans :rip:

I know what Lorem Ipsum is gurl :coffee2:

Thing is, it's supposed to be used as a placeholder for articles and journalistic texts in general. She could've used something else instead, maybe easter eggs or song lyrics or poot fanfictions.

It looks simply lazy.

I feel like people mocked Demi for a lot of stuff but not OD’ing, maybe the nasty people on Twitter but I’m not on there so idk

Easter eggs and song lyrics are there though. The whole poster is full of them. :skull:

Well... I just quoted someone in this thread saying she's got no braincells after all the overdoses. You don't even have to go to Twitter to see people mocking her OD.

And there are MANY lyrics in between the Latin text. They are in English. They are all from different new songs.

The negativity in this thread alone is proof that this marketing strategy was effective. Imagine being this bothered. :rip:

You'd be surprised by how many people on this forum wished death upon Demi the day of the OD and continue to make fun of the OD's health consequences.

Don't you see the hypocrisy in your own fave only making music about trauma and recovery too?

Not when every move of Demi is scrutinised and watched by the public and stans, even their tattoos receive headlines. It went over your head that this letter was reserved for all of you. You fell for the bait, congrats.

Not them using lorem ipsum. They couldn't even bother to write fake articles :deadbanana4:

Why does she always bring up drug abuse and rehab though? I get that it's important for her, but it's not going to help her public image (and she's already done it multiple times in the past anyway)

Okay, the whole world knows shes an addict BUT at what point she going to stop marketing from it? Aren’t the GP tired of the same headlines about Demi in regards to rehab, dr*g abuse? Its been 10+ years of the same music rollout and subject matter. Similar to how Taylor Swift plays victim every era.:ace: Is there no new stories to tell? :coffee2:

there's a huge difference between starting something yourself and using it over and over without a reason, and standing up to yourself over and over again every time any rat tries to latch for relevancy on your expense.

next time keep your side comments to yourself if you want to keep your dupe account :heart2:

The clown is the addict that keeps going back to rehab and releasing sons about it sweetie :toofunny2: this isn’t the serve they think it is, but there’s barely any brain cells left after all the overdoses

And thats why they keep singing about it, so more cv*ts like you could seethe

“Can’t she talk about something else”

what y’all don’t seem to understand is that addiction had played a huge part of Demis life since a fricken child, it’s consumed most of their adult life so why would she not sing about it?

You have other artists who have sung about the same subjects in their music for the majority of their careers.

Taylor has sung about her love life in every single album but where’s her drags? Nicki is always “rapping” how she’s the best rapper in the game, where’s her drags? Lana is always singing about trauma, where’s her drags?

artists tend to ironically write and sing songs about their life experiences, Demis just has to be addiction.

see y’all June 10th when y’all stream SOTY #SkinOfMyTeeth  :lakitu:

Like stfu for example? Its an option if u have nothing smart to say, in the end they can sing about whatever tf they want, yall dont seem to have the same energy with yall pop girls singing only about sex and exes

they have serious problems that they shouldn't be exploiting for failed attempts at promo

The lead single Skin of My Teeth is about Demi’s addiction and how terribly the general public and media has treated Demi through it all…. Makes perfect sense, Demi’s creative team this new era is genius

An Olivia Rodrigo stan talking about exploiting… at least Demi is using THEIR OWN LIFE as material for songs, not throwing other innocent people under the bus for clout
