There really should be laws everywhere to put maximum birth numbers for a person, 10 is already too much and this sick man here bragging about 33!! And letting his 16 child to have a child!!! There should be laws against dumb people like this who just bring +20 kids to sake of bragging then leave those children to grow without any attention or proper care.

i meant having one woman having 33 children, not simply having a few kids across a span of 33 years
