If she did this kind of record in 2013 she would be forgotten by now, just like Miley is.

You are telling me she wrote this AFTER BTD? :rip: sounds very 2009

Dan Auerbach mentioned last week in an interview that she getting pulled in many directions at this time. IIRC she was supposed to work with Emile Haynie again but he had some personal things going on, then she worked with Mike Will for a few concepts. The label wanted her to create some radio-friendly songs. Also her 5 favorite demos leaked that summer so she had to deal with that. Majority of the tracks she kept were with her band and Rick Nowels. It wasn't until she met Dan that she was able to put it all together for UV.

Starry Eyed, JFK, Angels Forever, Hollywood, and Black Beauty. She ended up keeping just Black Beauty after reworking it for UV.

It bops but it sound rather as a concept demo to me due the monotonicity. Don’t Stop was the more promising snippet either way
