Also the album had only 3 singles, MATM is unfortunately completely forgotten while Everytime is doing fine sitting above 100M streams. OT: Her best (sometimes second best) album did that.

Some forgotten #1s from certain debut albums wish… anyway, deserved, her second best album
BreakinTheIce Posted May 24, 2022 Posted May 24, 2022 I'll never understand why she's so under-playlisted. The fact that she gets 25M monthly with some of the lowest playlisting among the MPGs just shows how organic her interest remains.
Slave 4 U Posted May 24, 2022 Posted May 24, 2022 Her best album did that, we love to see it! I wish (I Got That) Boom Boom had been a single, I just know it would have outstreamed Toxic.
UnusualBoy Posted May 24, 2022 Posted May 24, 2022 Her best album won Also, the girlies need to stream Everytime more, Toxic cannot do it all alone.

Erreur2 La Nature Posted May 24, 2022 Posted May 24, 2022 The best album of all time It will continue to inspire many artists in the generations to come.
Happylittlepunk Posted May 24, 2022 Posted May 24, 2022 (edited) In the zone really is her magnum opus huh. anyways she should re-release it and make breathe in me an official single with a controversial sexy mv. called in the zone delux edition with 3 new songs from the vault. Shady Posted May 25, 2022 Posted May 25, 2022 Not impressive considering around 3/4 of its streams are Toxic lmao and I’m assuming another big chunk is that other song that was a single Nobody is checking for that flop album in 2022 and don’t even bring up those old ass sales from when Bush was back in office

Let it all out Welcome to the streaming era where this is the norm for the majority of these 20-year old pop albums. They're all carried by their respective singles. In the Zone only had three fully released singles and 2/3 of them are at over 100M streams. What's so odd about that? Nobody cares whether people are streaming Toxic or some obscure Japan-only bonus track - a stream is a stream and the album is still being consumed and shifting units every week. And that's why it's eligible for 4x Platinum. I know this is all hard for you to grasp, given the fact you're like 35 and probably still upload mp3 files into your 2013 iPod Touch. No shade. The biggest hit maker of the decade surely seems to be checking for it, but would ATRL user Shady lie?
besaid Posted May 30, 2022 Posted May 30, 2022 Congrats but this is her first billion streamed album? After all those documentaries and a discography full of Dr Luke and Max Martin? Beyonce and P!nk cleared.

What is that discography full of Dr. Luke and Max Martin? Britney didn't work with Martin for years and didn't go back to him after Circus and Femme Fatale ever again, same can be said about Luke. Her two best albums, In The Zone and Blackout, don't have a single song produced by any of the man you mentioned while breaking your hips by running here.

P!nk has 0 albums from the 2000's with 1B streams and "only" two overall.... so, one more than Britney. Give it a few months and Britney will have four. That's clearing to you? Dr Luke wasn't even a thing in 2003 and Max Martin has been absent from almost half of her discography. Y'all just be saying ****.
