Citizen of two but the one I'm in rn, all are yes but "Intersex minors protected from invasive surgical procedures", "Commercial surrogacy for gay male couples", and "MSMs and female sex partners of MSMs allowed to donate plasma and blood".

Brazil is progressive for most itens, but that doesn't mean we don't have discrimination and homophobes here, including our president

There's a very real possibility that Obergefell v. Hodges could be overturned, reversing the decision to legalize same-sex marriage nationwide. It will probably still be legal here in California but I'm terrified for the LGBT+ community in other states.
