The average for both Drake and Harry album is 7.3-7.5. Which includes Harry’s hit single. While it’s impressive, I’d rather have 21 songs average 7.3 than 13

Drake did 121M with 13 tracks. In fact, 10 tracks of CLB outstreamed Harry.

For reference, both Bad Bunny and Drake outpace Harry’s streams track by track. It’s unlikely that Harry adding 10 more tracks would have given him the record. 
 

Drake’s #13 streamed track: 5,899,217
Bad Bunny’s #13 streamed track: 5,752,670

Harry’s #13 streamed track: 5,556,969
