livelikemusic Posted October 10, 2022 Posted October 10, 2022 I saw the movie last week with the boyfriend, and we both loved it.
Mason Gooding Posted October 11, 2022 Posted October 11, 2022 This is unfortunately not doing well. Biggest commercial cinema in our small european country had this movie in their upcoming section for November and now it's all gone, even the page for the movie is deleted I was already surprised they were about to show this in our homophobic country and I was ready to support it with my hags but oh well
Crashed Posted October 14, 2022 Posted October 14, 2022 The biggest German LGBTQ news website started a giveaway to win one of 1200 tickets for Bros last week. Seems like there aren't enough people partaking because they just put a banner on their front page to promote the giveaway which they usually never do with this kind of promotion
Katamari Posted October 14, 2022 Posted October 14, 2022 better or worse than fire island? i liked that one
omrimayo Posted October 15, 2022 Posted October 15, 2022 So... is it coming to Digital after 17 days like all the other WB movies (who failed to open above 50M) in the past year? It MUST, if so, that's tomorrow?
KeirGrey Posted October 15, 2022 Posted October 15, 2022 I thought it was pretty unfunny and the main character was pretty unplesant sad

cityfolk Posted October 16, 2022 Posted October 16, 2022 this was cute but not great. went to see it in theaters to support. hopefully it's not a complete flop - my friends all liked-but-not-loved it
ATRL Moderator Ampersand13 Posted October 16, 2022 ATRL Moderator Posted October 16, 2022 Trying to see this in theaters but I haven’t had an opportunity to. Going to try within the next couple days! Have heard nothing but good things
ATRL Moderator madonnas Posted October 17, 2022 ATRL Moderator Posted October 17, 2022 I went and saw it with my mom and we both loved it. Funny, great side characters, and balances serious themes and romcom lightness pretty well. Sad to see this sorta had a negative reaction on social media but most of the people shitting on it probably haven’t actually seen it
Roberto Posted October 17, 2022 Posted October 17, 2022 This is getting a release here, in Chile, on November, 27. Still be watching it.
Poxy Posted October 18, 2022 Posted October 18, 2022 Glad to see a good crowd of ATRLers support this
Rocket Posted October 18, 2022 Posted October 18, 2022 There's still another week until it's released in Australia, so thank **** for the on demand release/L word, I can watch it tonight.

I’ve started to see ads for its theatrical run with a trailer I hadn’t seen before. I think it was like mid-November release. It will flop terribly here anyway. EDIT: Sorry I misread your post :/ Did you notice it had a different trailer here? Edited October 18, 2022 by Fetch
Coma Baby Posted October 18, 2022 Posted October 18, 2022 I saw it in the sneak preview last night and thought it was actually alright albeit corny as hell towards the end. The humor was definitely very (maybe too) specific. I felt like half of the jokes consisted of celebrity references that most people aren't gonna get unless they're pop culture obsessed American millenial Twitter gays. There was a probably mid-20s straight couple next to me and they were confused a lot from what I caught them saying to each other nnn; That scene with the foursome was really weird and degrading and made me cringe. What was the reason.
CroNich Posted October 18, 2022 Posted October 18, 2022 I haven’t seen it but I feel like he would’ve had more success if this was a TV Series, modern day rom coms (especially gay ones) are not what draw people to the theatres these days. It’s all horror or superheroes.
Rainbows Posted October 19, 2022 Posted October 19, 2022 I just finished this and it was one of the worst movies I’ve ever seen fr
Uncatena Posted October 19, 2022 Posted October 19, 2022 I kinda loved it! I haven’t laughed like that from a movie in a while. The scene where they first have sex was the most insane mix of extremely ******* hot and extremely ******* hilarious lmao
EJQL8 Posted October 19, 2022 Posted October 19, 2022 Billy Eichner giving his all sucking Luke MacFarlane's fingers.
genetic fail Posted October 19, 2022 Posted October 19, 2022 There were some really funny one-liners here but Billy Eichner is just not charismatic enough and there's just no chemistry between him and Luke Macfarlane.
Guest Posted October 19, 2022 Posted October 19, 2022 It was fine, some parts were very funny but it’s just not as snappy as the all time great romcoms. I still enjoyed it. Not enough Miss Lawrence.
