gustavothehuman
Spotify = Streams Streams = Sales Sales = Money Billboard = Payola Payola = Not money
Billionaire
Hot100 isn't a very accurate measure of what's popular anymore since radio takes up a large part of their formula + it can be manipulated through mass buying(see: BTS) So with that in mind, Spotify >>>

AlexStexaul
hot100 will always be more revelant, but it will never show whats the real hit. u can easily payola it
The Music Industry
It doesn't make sense to compare a global chart from a streaming service to a singles chart from a singular country
Blade Runner
Since Shallow by Lady Gaga is one of the biggest songs of ALL TIME on Spotify, I'll say that.
bad guy
Spotify streams > Billboard is stuck in the past with their inclusion of airplay, so there's nothing accurate or relevant about it.

Selegend
Streaming plataforms in general are way more relevant than the Hot 100. Charts have failed to keep its point formula acurrate. 7 minutes ago, Gov Hooka said: Isn’t Apple Music bigger? Why can’t we see the streams on that platform? Only in the USA. Spotify is (way) bigger globally.

ExHuman
Radio airplay used by the Hot 100 can be easily manipulated by payola/deals. A fake representation of whats "popular"
Great808
As of lately probably the Spotify chart if the song has longevity on it. Hot 100 isn’t that accurate as much, I remember when all those recent Ava Max songs were completely N/A on most streaming charts but looked like they were big hits because radio play was enough for them to be top 20’s, 30’s, 40’s etc
