If U Seek Amy Posted May 15, 2022 Posted May 15, 2022 1,200 is fine for many women (not all); however, you should probably be working with a doctor/nutritionist and filling those 1,200 calories with healthy stuff. My one friend is losing weight and her doctor recommends 1,200 for her but is very strict on what she eats to get proper nutrition while losing weight. Either way people are so jealous/just need to have an opinion/get a life/or whatever.
