1,200 is fine for many women (not all); however, you should probably be working with a doctor/nutritionist and filling those 1,200 calories with healthy stuff. My one friend is losing weight and her doctor recommends 1,200 for her but is very strict on what she eats to get proper nutrition while losing weight. Either way people are so jealous/just need to have an opinion/get a life/or whatever.

social media, twitter specifically, is exhausting - she's on a diet... what do you expect her calorie intake to be?
