No she wouldn't though, lets not  And the numbers of shows is limited because of her health too. She can no longer do many dates, unless there are big gaps between them.

With 15 shows she is predicted to do around 100m. Now do the math for 45-50 dates.. Its not like Gaga's tickets are any cheaper compared to Taylor. And there are a lot of main markets where she's not even going.

But Gaga's is obviously not as big as Taylor, especially in the US. It had 3 Metlife, 3 Gillette, 2 Rose Bowl, 2 Soldier Field, 2 Levi's Stadium dates, etc. It's the highest grossing tour of all time in north america. Of course Gaga can do more dates, but not Rep Tour-style is what I was trying to say.

Gaga already booked shows in most of her main markets so where do you think she will book 35 more concerts at?

Just because 17 dates are sold out, it doesn't mean those ticket sales can scale to 50 stadium shows. You have to understand since it's so limited, her hardcore fans will make the trip to the nearest city and the scarcity will pretty much guarantee a sold out show. She can obviously add more dates, but key cities for her biggest demographics are the safest route.

She is also the only female artist with a number 1 song in the last 10 years going on tour.  But still congratulations to her!  I wish I was seeing her this summer.
