Yeah, despite him saying he won’t return, he most definitely will. He loves attention and Twitter is free publicity. He’ll make a statement about how he’s a warrior for coming back and Twitter needs him, after saying he won’t for a few weeks/months, of course.

First he will make a theater and say he will not return.

 

Then about 10 months before election he will announce he is "forced" to come back to Twitter because mainstream media is censoring him and use it to spread lies and probaganda and win.
