drinking raw eggs is okay since all chickens must be vaccinated, but it reduces the amount of protein your body can absorb since its raw and it hasn't denaturalised the protein through heat.  

 

I used to do this in high school to get the breakfast as fast as possible and I'm reminded how disgusting it its.
