RAMMSTEIN TOPPED THE OFFICIAL GERMAN CHARTS WITH OVER 160,000 SALES

When Rammstein release a new album, the corresponding records are usually pre-programmed. This is also the case with their current prank "Zeit", which was sold over 160,000 times in this country within a week. This is the strongest start since ABBA's "Voyage" and the best start by a national/rock act since their own predecessor "Rammstein" three years ago. It's a clear case that Till Lindemann & Co. also conquer the top of the official German charts, determined by GfK Entertainment.

But that's the thing...that song alone is like 1/3 of that album. All album tracks and other singles got quite a lot of streams. 

This isn't even one of those albums where the majority of the streams come from a single song

The Deutschland album has also sold 900,000 copies in Germany. (The highest selling album release since its debut). 

 

Zeit might surpass 500,000 albums sales in Germany as well.
