I think Fearless was rush produced. There is a reason it takes so long. Maybe the Singles were first that's why they sound terrible and then she rush recorded the Fearless tracks.

I think what makes this song stand out really well is the fact that she's layering and comping her vocals way more here. With the stolen version it was almost just lead vocal all through, there's more reverb here in her vocals too I can hear a bit of delay on my left ear, makes the whole heavenly sound more prominent
