I stan both but Tove's albums for me are both filled with fantastic songs and then somehow she includes like 2-4 BAD songs on there too so I can't see any of her albums as truly fantastic. Whereas Carly has EMOTION and Dedicated (and EMOTION Side B if we count it) and even Kiss is a great album. So I'll say Carly.

i only use emotion, the rest are meh unlike Tove, her discography is flawless
