to internet sensation

to her fans' minds

to her haters' minds

to Jack Harlow's album

Is Jack Harlow a big celebrity ?

Dua Lipa's own career is much more impressive in my humble opinion that having a track named after her on a rapper's album :dies: But Dua's own evolution is impressive and she has managed to give the gays and the gp everything they want :clap3:

I love her but honestly no. She still has a lot to prove.

She has just gained more confidence and become a little bit better dancer. She’s hasn’t changed her style, hair or music sound at all since debuting.

He just scored another #1 :WAP:

I don't know about celebrity status tbh

Yes, actually. I didn't care about her during her debut but she caught my attention with DSN/FN

Yes, but being featured on the album of a man whose career is half as big as hers isn't her biggest accomplishment :rip:

Im just gonna leave it at this:

2 albums:

5 monsta smashas (Levitating, Dont start now, Cold Heart, New Rules, One Kiss), 6-7 hits (Physical, BMH, No Lie, Scared to Be Lonely, Fever, IDGAF, Un Dia, Electricity), biggest female album on Spotify, another one in the top 5/8 biggest female albums on Spotify

U tell me

Jack is just taking off, he has good hype, we'll see how the album is received.

And this makes Dua relevant and only adds to her career. :jonnycat: Hope people like the song.

Well I didn't even like her first album so I really appreciate the growth from that to Future Nostalgia, which is great.

as an artist she really hasn't evolved, she just learned how to make better pop music. she has some big songs but she needs an era like the fame, teenage dream, 1989, ect. where every single is a smash then she won't have anything left to prove.

Yes, I can definitely see the growth she has made as an artist in the last handful of years. There really is not much left for her to prove. I really do think the only people who have negative things to say about her have pre-existing reasons to dislike her. You'll find imperfections in any artist or person if you seek it.

Plottwist: No single from TF, Teenage Dream nor 1989 became a Year End #1 tho, so theres that...

Also DSN + Levitating >> Paparazzi + Just Dance ; California Girls + Firework ; Shake It Off + Blank Space, etc

Naurr its tru, its tru

Yes she shocked me :celestial2:

No, I would put it in terms of Digimon:

Slide Evolution is a form of evolution that does not actually push a Digimon to a higher level.

what evolution?

Ehhh she's cool but something is missing

She makes great pop music & has good visuals but there's a void of personality & narrative. Nothing really sets her apart from the others, besides the fact that she plays the pop game VERY well

u know damn well if she was 7/24 blonde, people here would have been her biggest stan and praise her as the new queen of pop or new britney etc. :dies:

but right now, even with #1 YEC song, she is still being questiond left and right.

Yes, hard working queen

Yes, she started a revolution with her evolution into the 2020s

Evolution?

Posted

Yes.

At the beginning I only saw an ASOS model who only gave Zara Larson/Rita Ora/Tove Lo/MØ career trajectory.

But the huge skip to an MPG level, tour seller, Grammy winner and a fashion icon, is really impressive.

Yeah, I liked only a handful of songs from her debut, and it made it more fun stanning FN knowing her growth between the two albums.

Even feeling like songs that weren't solely hers (One Kiss, Electricity) were signs pointing in the right direction is cool to look back on.
