well this song has had like 10x the promo from Gaga before it was even released than Be Alive did for its entire first four months.

 

But I agree this is a soundtrack single and one that isn't exactly using a trendy or modern sound so expecting it to have a high debut just for the sake of ATRL-isms is silly.

I know Be Alive didn’t really receive any support. She just put it out there and out of nowhere basically, but it’s not like Gaga’s 3 cryptic lyric tweets and that instagram teaser is some huge promo for HMH. The song doesnt even have decent playlisting (no TTH placement, no NMF placement yet).
