A few simple rules:

 

- Don't smoke, drink minimally, no drugs

- Exercise and stay fit

- Gain a lil bit of fat and it will smooth our wrinkles

- Grow a beard once you hit your late 40s, it will cover up jowls and sagging skin and also make up for hair loss on your scalp

- Don't dress like a clown
