The mere FACT that this was hidden from the American public for 20 years is infuriating

well the us government needed to justify why they are going to war with poor iraq and not rich ass saudi arabia

The US government has not told the American public the entire truth of this event. From Saudi Arabia’s shady connections, to the explicit way the U.S. government used this event to commit horrific war crimes and launch unjust wars…..to let the US government off the hook would be foolish. The 9/11 commission report redacted 27 PAGES, and never released the testimony of 1 George W. Bush, and 1 Dick Cheney

Did they declassify it because Saudi Arabia is pallying up to China?

I love how Biden is keeping is foot on Saudi Arabia’s neck.

The fact that they had the nerve to write that big op Ed painting themselves as loyal friends of America who don’t  understand why America is shunning them and empowering Iran.

smh

I’m sure it has something to do with it.

I can’t wait for the reaction of Saudi Arabia when we start also selling weapons to Iran.

2 can play that game.

It is called separation of power. It is the basis of our democracy.

Congress  can oversee the executive branch but they do not get to subpoena people who got their legitimacy directly from the American people. It would be a dangerous precedent.

Kind of off-topic but I always found it so insane how 9/11 is viewed as like the worst event in modern history by people living in the west but bombings and terrorist attacks by America on a 9/11 scale happen incredibly frequently in the Middle East, lol.

What did Saudia Arabia gain from 9/11 though?

Didn't they have good relations with America?

"Omar al-Bayoumi was paid a monthly stipend as a cooptee of the Saudi General Intelligence Presidency (GIP) via then Ambassador Prince Bandar bin Sultan"

Saudi and US are in cahoot with each other. At the end of the day the main target is to take Sadam Husain and his oil reserves.

Dawg, two airplanes flying into 2 of the tallest buildings in the world (in 2001, there was only 3 buildings in the world taller than the WTC), and causing them to collapse and kill thousands of people in 2 hours is NOT something you can expect to ever see again in your lifetime. To say that event was nuts would be an understatement
