It doesn’t help that her show is at a hotel that is a big flop. Resort World is all the way at the north end of the strip away from everything. If I was in Vegas I wouldn’t want to stay there and there is literally no foot traffic that goes up that far. 
 

They tried doing a lossleader strategy by booking Katy and Celine, but I’m not even sure if Celine can save that hotel.
