I honestly think the new show should be something about the reign of Aegon IV. With how many bastards he had and bringing Dorne into the realm there would be some good story points for the plot. Plus the Blackfyre mess too

yes, I was thinking about this the other night. They can even continue HOTD after the Dance and give it a soft reboot. Just speed up the intro to accomodate the monarchs that come before Aegon the Unworthy and call it a day. I reckon exposition chunky but it can be done

The excitement I have for Sundays again is thrilling! The way all of my friends are watching. It feels like 2019 again just with positive reactions to both episodes so far

 

I love young Rhaenyra and sad there's going to be a time jump but they've done them smoothly so far and I understand its necessary for the plot.

 

Love that they know everyone loves the Dragons and are not holding back on including them in important scenes even with the cost that must have.

I love the young versions of their characters but I'm ready for the adult version already.

Side Note: I can't handle that they are playing mother and son when she is only one year older than him. 

 

It would be different if she looked older, but they look like they are practically the same age.
