Considering the 64th Grammy Awards eligiblity period (Sept. 1, 2020 — Sept. 30, 2021), we're five months away and the most notable albums have been released last year or are not even sure to make the cut since they're not out and we don't know how they will be received commercially or critically

Some of those aren’t even AOTY worthy. They just threw up highly anticipated albums and some albums with good reception so far.

The Silk Sonic album was awful. I’m such a big fan of both artists but it was so bad. Target and Old Navy jingles. I had hoped for some authenticity but it was overwhelming camp

Which only goes to show how much of a Grammy darling Bruno is because everyone knows the best album of the eligibility period so far is Motomami (soon to be overtaken by Dance Fever)

Red won’t be submitted, Motomami will be snubbed due to racistas, and even tho their albums aren’t out yet, I just don’t see it for Lizzo, Jack, Post, or Ed.

 

I can see nominations for Adele, Kendrick, Harry, Silk Sonic, and Brandi. The rest are a tossup, we’ll just have to see
