Nah. Gaga is advocating for elderly people to still be able to participate in public life. If Liza felt Gaga was exploiting her she wouldn’t have agreed to this to begin with.

Trying to imply that Gaga is at fault somehow is sickening and shameful. It also detracts from the fact that she wanted to be there, but under certain circumstances that the Academy refused to accommodate - anyone saying anything about Gaga isn't standing up for Liza's dignity, they're just using an elderly woman and her health situation as a cheap stan war dig. People acting as if Gaga forced Liza into a wheelchair herself  this is clearly the Academy's fault. I know Liza knows Lady Gaga and that she probably only agreed to do it for her. Gaga probably didn't know the situation, I'm sure she would've vouched for her if she could've.
