She never had worse streams than Cyndi...people just didn't understand Madonna didn't have a single record label back then (which Cyndi had) and now she does. 

Madonna is simply at the same level as everyone else. 

 

Interscope was basically a distributor for her and only her new material...no one did anything for Madonna starting in 2010 until 2021. It's terrible tbh.
