What are some albums that you really try to like, but you just can't get into?

I love Mariah, but Butterfly. There’s some gems, but I almost never listen to it in full cause it’s quite monotonous.

I really tried to like Waxahatchee’s Saint Cloud because it was acclaimed and a lot of people who have a similar taste in indie girls as me kept praising it but I just could not get into it no matter how hard I tried

High As Hope is so boring, not a good album to get into Florence in my opinion.

 

OT: Anything by Arca, call me basic but I don't get how that can be considered listenable music and get all the praise in the world.

Every Prince and Madonna album. I can really appreciate them as artists and I really want to like their albums, as I like a lot of their singles, but I really haven’t enjoyed either of their albums that I’ve listened to. 
 

Also Beyonce’s ST album. I love Lemonade but ST was really underwhelming, I really expected more after hearing all the praise about it, but it just didn’t appeal to me.
