I would prefer she leans toward rock and doesn’t do much as much pop, dance, etc. at all. Let pop Taylor rest in peace and focus on quality and legacy. Rock is fine for a cute streaming hit or two anyway.

A Disco-pop album  would make Taylor a trend hopper. Pop-rock is also trendy right now, but at least it’s a genre of music that Taylor has released in the past (Story of Us, Better Than Revenge, etc.), so a pop-rock album wouldn’t be out of place in her discography.

 

personally, I’d prefer an indie rock album.

Disco-Pop is trend that came and went with the pandemic, imo. Still, it would be great to have a pop-rock disco song on the album.

 

If it's pop, the best option would be pop-Rock mixed with Indie-Rock. Something like folkmore but more upbeat and like Billie's HTE (song) would be a dream
