ARUTW was a global hit as demonstrated by the billions of streams it racked up and continues to accumulate years later (i.e. wilful consumption, unlike radio impressions).

A song with ARUTW's streams, longevity and radio airplay (In Europe) can't really be a hidden gem   The song is coming for 1B Spotify Streams in a year, she better start performing it
