Obviously I am an outlier based on the comments above but I quite liked it. I am not usually a fan of the type of instrumentals used in the song but I think it works for her.

Sound like Say So, KMM, Closer, and all the other copy cat songs…tbqh.  But not quite as good (mainly b/c the hook doesn’t POP). It’s the same issue I had with “Sweetest Pie”.

 

But I wish her an OUNCE of luck…lemme stop …I wish her well.

Rumors is much better. But it's not bad. My main issue with it is the extremely generic lyrics on the chorus, it's like it was written in 2 minutes and they added the "damn" so that it sounded like a Lizzo song.

I agree that chorus should punch harder but other than that, it is our modern day disco Born This Way
