GraceRandolph Posted April 15, 2022 Posted April 15, 2022 I think it’s better than Shake It Off. I never understood the hate.
shookspeare Posted April 15, 2022 Posted April 15, 2022 idk about the song itself but the meltdowns after the absolutely massive hype was iconic, yes
AlexStexaul Posted April 15, 2022 Posted April 15, 2022 no, people just wanna forget it and act like never heard.

Achilles. Posted April 15, 2022 Posted April 15, 2022 Yes, it was an iconic cultural reset I’m afraid.
dman4life Posted April 15, 2022 Posted April 15, 2022 It's not a bad song at all, it has good lyrics and the production was top notch. The chorus and bridge were just too juvenile and kinda sunk it. I didn't really get into the song until the Miss Americana documentary and I saw where she was tryna go with it.
gustavothehuman Posted April 15, 2022 Posted April 15, 2022 In the stan world I think it kinda did to be honest.

Love story and you belong with me come next. Me! Is far from iconic Seriously. You play this in front of the straights and they would ask which gay is on the bluetooth
dirrtydiana Posted April 15, 2022 Posted April 15, 2022 Let’s be honest. Her last remembered era is 1989. No one in the real world cares about anything from 1989 to maybe folklore and it’s probably for the best I can see this becoming a cult fave tho inside the fandom
Alldeezy Posted April 15, 2022 Posted April 15, 2022 Good music video. Terrible song. I think its because of how corny it was. But yes still better then shake it off
4Real Posted April 15, 2022 Posted April 15, 2022 It's the joke of pop music. Yes, it's iconic (in the stan world).
Cruel Summer Posted April 15, 2022 Posted April 15, 2022 No. I don’t even know what song you’re talking about. I choose the reality in which I have heard no such song.
4Real Posted April 15, 2022 Posted April 15, 2022 And anyone with ears knows it's not better than Shake It Off.
Arrows Posted April 15, 2022 Posted April 15, 2022 Bad song, bad production, bad vocals, bad melody, bad lyrics, bad verse, bad chorus, bad bridge, bad video, bad aesthetics. It’s iconic for how bad it is!
Kayseri Mantisi Posted April 15, 2022 Posted April 15, 2022 ME! is so hated it has not become iconic?
JustHoran Posted April 15, 2022 Posted April 15, 2022 It's not iconic and it's one of her worst leads.
Galah Posted April 15, 2022 Posted April 15, 2022 It's just a forgotten pop song, and honestly, that's probably for the best as far as Taylor is concerned. It could be worse, it could have negatively impacted her career.
