WildAmerican Posted March 5, 2023 Posted March 5, 2023 (edited) Thinking EEAAO will win at least 4 Oscars, with it's ceiling being 7-8. Ironically, I think it could sweep the big awards while other movies take the tech awards. It doing that well is really exciting. Imagine the wave of bold, innovative films it will inspire Edited March 5, 2023 by WildAmerican

Kylizzle Posted March 6, 2023 Posted March 6, 2023 I'll never understand how people think Butler is doing too much with his campaign and that Fraser deserves to win. Meanwhile Fraser gave the most overwrought, flailing bait performance of the year and is only winning things due to his narrative. His filmography isn't even strong enough to act like he's overdue. If Colin can't win I hope Austin will.
Jessie Posted March 6, 2023 Posted March 6, 2023 I had my problems with Everything Everywhere All At Once but when / if it takes home Best Picture next Sunday it would be one of the best wins in that category point blank. Alongside Parasite and Nomadland* it would be a pretty damn great start to the 2020s and just about helps one forget what went down in 2019. * I even have a lot of love in my heart for Coda, but had TPOTD taken it, whew a 1-2-3-4 run we could have had.
