hausofdave Posted March 2, 2023 Author Posted March 2, 2023 I'm going to stick with Butler. Heart wants Fraser, but I reckon more Academy voters have seen Elvis given the film's stronger position in terms of noms.

Antisocialites Posted March 2, 2023 Posted March 2, 2023 (edited) now if Glenn Close presents Best Actress it would be the biggest scream of the night Edited March 2, 2023 by Héloïse

futurenostalgic Posted March 2, 2023 Posted March 2, 2023 IDK wtf to do about supporting actress! This is a crazy year.
Kylizzle Posted March 3, 2023 Posted March 3, 2023 Still predicting Spielberg in Director Banshees in screenplay Women Talking adapted
Donquizote Posted March 3, 2023 Posted March 3, 2023 Legend Blanchett will WIN her 3rd DESERVED Oscar. I'm sensing another Colman vs Close, Boseman vs Hopkins, and McDormand vs Viola repeats again this this year. At the end of the day, the best performance will prevail.
fridayteenage Posted March 3, 2023 Posted March 3, 2023 the movie they liked more overall will take the prize again, and that is eeaao, yep

Truly iconic, layered, and groundbreaking.

Eóghan Posted March 3, 2023 Posted March 3, 2023 I don't think we've had this level of stan war in here for an oscar race in years just goes to show how up in the air it is

Riot Posted March 3, 2023 Posted March 3, 2023 The way 3/4 acting categories are still up in the air I'm also predicting All Quiet to upset Women Talking in Best Adapted Screenplay
Cloudy Posted March 3, 2023 Posted March 3, 2023 I'm going to say Kuan Curtis Yeoh Frasser (I wouldn't mind Colin tho, anyone but Butler honestly)
Likingstars Posted March 3, 2023 Posted March 3, 2023 1 hour ago, Liafen said: remember the year when we've had FIVE (ok, maybe four, sorry Miss Kirby) viable winners and then Legend Frances prevailed? The fact that each of them all won a different precursor award before Oscar but Frances was a clear winner that year its pretty obvious idk how people fooled themself into thinking Viola.
Bears01 Posted March 3, 2023 Posted March 3, 2023 I’d be so content with either Angela or JLC winning in BSA. Both acting ICONS who deserve their moment of shine….but I truly don’t know who will win it. My gut says Angela pulls through
